But first, my own new favorite method for polishing stainless steel!.Here’s the before shot..It’s pretty much perfect.

The thing is, after I discovered this trick late last week, I promised that I would share it on the blog early this week, thinking that by now I would have tons of new smudges and finger prints to show off.It turns out that this little trick also helps prevent finger prints from showing up in the first place.

Of course, I completely neglected to take pictures the first time around when the fridge actually was in terrible shape, because I had no idea that I was going to find something that would actually work!.Symmetry makes it special.

For me, the finishing touch to make a room feel like it’s really been well thought-out, even if it was just thrown together, is to add in just a bit of symmetry here and there.It’s a neat trick to have up your sleeve to make a room instantly feel a little more grown-up no matter what kind of space you’re working with.. We’ve just loved having this room “finished” and more useable for the whole family.

While we have a big kitchen table with room to seat as many people as we like, it’s nice to have this little room that’s the perfect size for just the four of us.We like to have special breakfasts in here together on holidays, do homework, play games, or do crafts.
